Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to everything 720DegreeIT (Pty) Ltd supplies through this website, including the 720° BIZ ASSIST software platform.

Last updated: 15 October 2026

1. Who we are

These terms are between you and 720DegreeIT (Pty) Ltd (“720DegreeIT”, “we”, “us”), a South African company with registration number 2026/306841/07, based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa.

Email: info@720degreeit.co.za. Sales: sales@720degreeit.co.za. Support: support@720degreeit.co.za.

720° BIZ ASSIST is the name of our software product. The company that supplies it, invoices for it and supports it is 720DegreeIT (Pty) Ltd.

2. What we supply

  • 720° BIZ ASSIST, a software-as-a-service platform that lets a business answer customer messages on WhatsApp, take bookings and manage customers. It is supplied as a monthly or yearly subscription. When you sign up you also accept the platform’s own Terms of Service. If the two differ for the platform, the Terms of Service apply.
  • IT services: IT support, managed services, cyber security, cloud and network (WiFi) services, supplied under a quote or service agreement.

Debit order tools. The Growth and Professional plans include tools to prepare and follow up debit order collections. These work with your own payment gateway (merchant) account, in your name. The money settles directly to you and never passes through 720DegreeIT’s accounts. 720DegreeIT (Pty) Ltd is not a payment service provider or a financial services provider, and does not collect or hold money on your behalf. You are responsible for valid mandates from your customers, for what you collect, for disputes and reversals, and for the debit order rules that apply to you, including DebiCheck. No collection batch is submitted until you approve it in your portal.

No phone app. 720° BIZ ASSIST is used through a web portal in your web browser. Your customers use WhatsApp. We do not currently offer a separate phone app for businesses.

3. Quotes and orders

A quote is valid for the period stated on it. An order is accepted when you accept our quote in writing (email is enough), or when you sign up online and the sign-up is confirmed.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). VAT is added only once 720DegreeIT (Pty) Ltd is VAT-registered. Until then, our prices carry no VAT.
  • 720° BIZ ASSIST subscriptions are invoiced in advance, monthly or yearly, and are due within 7 days of the invoice date. Other invoices are payable on or before the due date shown on them.
  • You can pay by EFT or debit order. Where we offer it, you can also pay by card or instant EFT.
  • If an invoice stays unpaid after its due date we may suspend the service until it is paid. For 720° BIZ ASSIST we send a reminder first, and may suspend access when an invoice is unpaid more than 14 days after its invoice date, as set out in the platform’s Terms of Service.
  • We give 30 days’ written notice before we change prices.
  • WhatsApp’s own conversation fees are billed by Meta directly to your business. We do not add to them.

5. Free trial

New 720° BIZ ASSIST customers can use the platform free for 14 days before their first invoice is due. There is no setup fee.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription or service agreement on 30 days’ written notice to support@720degreeit.co.za. We stop invoicing at the end of the notice period.

7. Refunds

Our Refund Policy applies.

8. Delivery

Our Shipping and Delivery Policy applies. We supply software subscriptions and IT services; we do not ship physical goods through our online sign-up.

9. WhatsApp and Meta

720° BIZ ASSIST is built on the WhatsApp Business Platform. You use your own WhatsApp Business Account and contract with Meta directly for WhatsApp. 720° BIZ ASSIST is independent of Meta and is not endorsed by Meta. WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

10. Your responsibilities

Give us accurate information, keep your sign-in details safe, and use our services lawfully and in line with the Acceptable Use rules. You must have your customers’ permission before you message them.

11. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act where it applies to you. Otherwise we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

12. Privacy

We handle personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Our Privacy Policy explains how. For the personal information of your own customers, we act as your operator under a POPIA operator agreement.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Where the law or your agreement requires notice, we give it.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction.
